To ask the Secretary of State for Justice what the budget of (a) HM Courts Service in each area and (b) the Royal Courts of Justice group is for (i) 2007-08, (ii) 2008-09 and (iii) 2009-10. (263845)

The gross budgets for (i) 2007-08, (ii) 2008-09 and (iii) 2009-10 are shown in the following table by the main areas of business within HMCS and also the Royal Courts of Justice.
