To ask the Prime Minister pursuant to the answer of 18 March 2009, Official Report, column 1137W, on Ministers: pay, how many Ministers have received severance pay in accordance with section 4 of the Ministerial and Other Pensions and Salaries Act 1991 and have been re-appointed to a Ministerial position (a) subsequently in the same Parliament and (b) in a subsequent Parliament.
