To ask the Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families which courses leading to vocational qualifications are available to 14 and 15 year olds in (a) schools and (b) further education colleges. (269065)

There are currently 646 vocationally-related qualifications, 123 national vocational qualifications, and one occupational qualification approved for use by learners under the age of 16 in institutions in the maintained sector in England. These qualifications can be delivered by both schools and further education colleges.
