To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what estimate he has made of the revenue accruing to the Driving and Vehicle Licensing Agency from renewing expired 10-year photo card driving licences in (a) 2008 and (b) 2009 to date. (269915)

The income received from 10-year photo card driving licences in 2008 and 2009 to date is as follows:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport how many provisional driving licences have been issued to non-EU residents in each year since 1997. (270455)

Provisional driving licences are not issued to non-EU residents. The driving licence application form requires applicants to declare that they are resident in Great Britain.
