To ask the Minister for Women and Equality what steps have been taken by the Government Equalities Office to improve the thermal efficiency of its buildings in the last 12 months. (266748)

The Government Equalities Office is based in Eland House in Victoria, the headquarters of Communities and Local Government (CLG). CLG is responsible for the thermal efficiency of Eland House.

To ask the Minister for Women and Equality what recent progress her Office has made towards the Government's target of increasing its energy efficiency per square metre of the Government Estate by 15 per cent. by 2010, relative to 1999-2000 levels; and if she will make a statement. (266867)
