Member for North Devon, representing the House of Commons Commission what discussions the House of Commons Commission has had with the Commissioner of Police for the Metropolis about the demonstration which took place in Parliament Square on 20 April 2009; and if he will make a statement. The House of Commons Commission has not had contact with the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis; as Mr. Speaker has said in the House the Serjeant at Arms is his contact with the Commissioner on all such matters.
