Social Security Benefits: Control Orders

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions pursuant to the answer of 23 February 2009, Official Report, columns 87-8W, on control orders, how much his Department spent on (a) incapacity benefit, (b) jobseeker's allowance, (c) disability living allowance and (d) income support for individuals subject to control orders in the fourth quarter of 2008. For the period 1 October 2008 to 31 December 2008 the Department for Work and Pensions spent less than £8,000 on those individuals mentioned in Official Report, columns 87-8W.
