To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government what estimate she has made of the administration costs of the (a) Tenant Services Authority and (b) Homes and Communities Agency in each of the next three years; and what percentage of each organisation's estimated (i) income and (ii) grant in aid these sums represent in each such year.
