Following consultation on the content of the General Dental Services Statement of Financial Entitlements and subsequent to the publication of the 38^th Report of the Review Body on Doctors’ and Dentists’ Remuneration, Cm 7579, representatives of the British Dental Association were consulted and agreed the uprated figures at a meeting on 31 March 2009, prior to the signing of the directions.
