Information on current and capital expenditure on services in each region is available from pages 117-31 of Public Expenditure Statistical Analysis 2008 (PESA) published by HM Treasury. In addition, the Department’s annual report carries information on expenditure across different categories by region. Further analysis would demand extra work from officials which would be at disproportionate cost.
