To ask the Secretary of State for Health which interventions (a) have been assessed and (b) are being assessed by the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) through its Single Technology Appraisal process; and on what date (i) each such intervention was referred to NICE, (ii) NICE (A) commenced and (B) completed its appraisal of each intervention and (iii) those interventions which have received a licence were licensed by NICE.
