Today I have deposited copies of the “Freedom of Information Act 2000—Fourth Annual Report on the operation of the Freedom of Information Act in Central Government —2008” in the Libraries of both Houses. This is the fourth annual report analysing the performance of central Government in the fourth full year since the commencement of the Freedom of Information Act.
