To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government how much funding has been allocated to each local authority under the Repossessions Prevention Fund. (282388)

Allocations have been made to local authorities from the Preventing Repossessions Fund based on population and levels of repossession activity. A list of allocations to individual authorities has been placed in the House Library.

The fund enables local authorities to extend small interest-free loans of up to £5,000 to families at risk of homelessness through repossession or eviction. Detailed terms are set at local level.
