To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what use the Valuation Office Agency (a) has made and (b) plans to make of data on social housing gathered by the National Register of Social Housing. (284480)

The Valuation Office Agency has used postcode level information from the National Register of Social Housing (NRoSH) database, in conjunction with its own data, to help identify social housing. The VOA has no current plans to use NRoSH data.
