To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions how many requests for communications data were made by her Department and its agencies to communication service providers (CSPs) under section 1 of the Social Security Fraud Act 2001 in (a) 2001, (b) 2002, (c) 2003, (d) 2004, (e) 2005, (f) 2006, (g) 2007 and (h) 2008; and how many of these requests resulted in the requested communications data being disclosed by the relevant CSP.
