To ask the Minister of State, Department for Transport pursuant to the answer of 23 June 2009, Official Report, columns 766-8W, on motorcycles: accidents, how many moped riders aged (a) 16, (b) 17, (c) 18, (d) 19 and (e) 20 years were (i) injured and (ii) killed in road traffic accidents in (A) the London borough of Wandsworth, (B) London and (C) England in 2008.
