To ask the Minister of State, Department for Transport how many moped riders aged (a) 16, (b) 17, (c) 18, (d) 19 and (e) 20 years have passed the practical moped test (i) nationally, (ii) in Wandsworth and (iii) in London in each of the last five years. (290165)
