To ask the Minister of State, Department for Transport how many moped riders aged (a) 16, (b) 17, (c) 18, (d) 19 and (e) 20 years have been licensed to drive on public roads (i) nationally, (ii) in Wandsworth and (iii) in London in each of the last five years. (290166)
