Antisocial Behaviour Orders: Staffordshire

Volume 498: debated on Thursday 29 October 2009

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many acceptable behaviour contracts have been made in (a) Staffordshire and (b) Tamworth constituency in each of the last five years. (296108)

The number of acceptable behaviour contracts (ABCs) is collected by the Home Office through a voluntary survey of Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnerships (CDRPs) use of antisocial behaviour tools and powers. The latest published data indicate that at least 450 ABCs were made in Staffordshire between October 2003 and September 2008, of which 75 were issued in Tamworth during the same period.
