Antisocial Behaviour Orders: Young People

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many anti-social behaviour orders have been issued to young people aged between 13 and 19 years old in (a) England, (b) the North East and (c) Middlesbrough South and East Cleveland constituency in each of the last five years. (296368)

The number of antisocial behaviour orders issued to young people (defined as being 10-17 years old at the date of appearance in court) at all courts in England, the North East region and Cleveland, in each of the years during the period 2003-07 (latest available) is shown in the following table.

ASBO data are not available centrally below Criminal Justice System (CJS) area level.
