To ask the Secretary of State for Health with reference to the written ministerial statement of 24 November 2009, Official Report, columns 57-58WS, on the Departmental Expenditure Account (2008-09), which pandemic flu items required the transfer of funds from his Department's capital expenditure limit to its revenue expenditure limit. The transfer relates to the utilisation of antiviral drugs, vaccines and other stocks in 2009-10. It does not change the overall level of funding available to the Department.
