To ask the Secretary of State for Justice what programmes his Department has for people who have committed an offence of riding mobility scooters in a dangerous way. (302133)

There is no offence in law of riding a mobility scooter in a dangerous manner, therefore there are no mandatory driver rehabilitation programmes in place.
