To ask the Secretary of State for Health when (a) Basildon and Thurrock NHS Foundation Trust and (b) Colchester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust received visits from (i) the East of England strategic health authority, (ii) the Health Protection Agency, (iii) the NHS Patient Safety Agency, (iv) the Care Quality Commission, (v) Monitor, (vi) the Health and Safety Executive and (vii) the NHS Litigation Authority in the last 12 months.
