To ask the Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families from what budgets funding is drawn for (a) improved special educational needs (SEN) training, (b) the Achievement for All programme, (c) further SEN support and (d) the implementation of the recommendations of the Bercow Review. The funding is drawn from the Special Educational Needs and Disability Division's delegated budget within the Children and Families Directorate in the Department. Department of Health budgets are also supporting the implementation of the “Better Communication Action Plan”, the Government's response to the Bercow Review.
