To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office on how many occasions since 1 April 2008 her Department has not provided the Information Commissioner with all the relevant information he requested (a) within 20 working days in respect of a first request and (b) within 10 working days of a request for additional relevant information; and if she will make a statement.
