To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government what changes will be made to arrangements for Section 106 agreements consequent on the implementation of the Community Infrastructure Levy; and whether changes will be made to such arrangements in local authority areas which do not implement the Community Infrastructure Levy.
