To ask the Secretary of State for Health (1) pursuant to the answer of 7 December 2009, Official Report, column 162W, on the Nutrition Action Plan Delivery Board, whether the publication of the report of the Nutrition Action Plan Delivery Board is contingent on the Government’s response to its recommendations; (308774)

(2) when he plans to publish the final report of the Nutrition Action Plan Delivery Board.
