To ask the Minister for Women and Equality how many staff of the Equality and Human Rights Commission from each ethnic group (a) lodged grievances, (b) started employment tribunal proceedings, (c) were subject to disciplinary action and (d) were subject to capability procedures between 1 October 2007 and 31 March 2009.
