To ask the Secretary of State for Health what assessment he has made of the reason for the cost of the finance function for (a) the Council for Healthcare Regulatory Excellence and (b) the NHS Litigation Authority referred to in the publication Benchmarking the Back Office: Central Government; and if he will make a statement.
