To ask the Minister of State, Department for Business, Innovation and Skills how many students received non-repayable maintenance grants from (a) each education authority in the county of Tyne and Wear and (b) English local education authorities in each of the last five years; and what the average grant received by such students was in each case in each of the last five years.
