Learning Disability: Birmingham

To ask the Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families how many children resident in the Birmingham, Sparkbrook and Small Heath constituency have been diagnosed with a learning disability in each year since 2003. (312200)

Information about pupils’ type of Special Educational Need was first collected in the School Census in 2004. Of the 12 types of need identified four specifically mention learning difficulties and are listed in the following table.
