To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government if he will place in the Library a copy of his Department’s guidance to staff on records management and filing for private offices (324017)

The Department for Communities and Local Government follows the guidance issued by the Cabinet Office and the National Archives in June 2009 for the management of private office records. I have arranged for a copy of this to be placed in the Library.
