To ask the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change how many households in (a) the City of Manchester and (b) Manchester Central constituency have received assistance under the Home Energy Efficiency Scheme since its inception. (324883)

¹ The Home Energy Efficiency Scheme which begun in 1991 was rebranded to the Warm Front Scheme in 2000.
