Member for Bromley and Chislehurst (Robert Neill) of 12 October 2009, Official Report, column 270W, on conservation areas: waste disposal, if he will place in the Library a copy of the written advice provided by English Heritage to local authorities on household wheeled refused containers in conservation areas. English Heritage has not provided standard advice to local authorities on household wheeled refuse containers in conservation areas. English Heritage's Streets for All manuals offer guidance on accommodating modern needs to reduce the impact of street clutter on conservation areas.
