To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will bring forward in the Budget proposals to end non-domiciliary tax status. (321407)

[holding answer 9 March 2010]: The rules governing the way in which non-domiciled individuals are taxed in the UK were reformed in 2008. These reforms struck the right balance between increasing fairness and maintaining the UK's international competitiveness.
