That pursuant to section 5 of the Provisional Collection of Taxes Act 1968, provisional statutory effect shall be given to the following motions:—

(a) Increase in rate of supplementary charge (Motion No. 8);

(b) Alcoholic liquor duties (rates) (Motion No. 10);

(c) Tobacco products duty (rates) (Motion No. 12);

(d) Amusement machine licence duty (amounts of duty) (Motion No. 13);

(e) Fuel duty (rates from 23 March 2011) (Motion No. 14);
