Inequality and Social Mobility

The following is an extract from the response given to the hon. Member for Battersea (Marsha De Cordova) during a debate on Inequality and Social Mobility on 12 June 2019.

The hon. Lady raises a good point. We are considering how best to respond, ensuring that we put the interests of the clients first. I also point out that we are spending £2 billion more on disabled people than was spent under the legacy system.

The correct response should have been:
