Several Lords—Took the Oath.

The LORD DINEVOR—Sat first in Parliament after the death of his father.

The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House, That the Clerk of the Parliaments had laid upon the Table the Certificates from the Examiners that the further Standing Orders applicable to the following Bills have been complied with:

Woking Urban District Council (Basingstoke Canal).

Metropolitan Railway.

East Kent Electric Power. [H.L.]

London County Council (Tramways and Improvements).

Metropolitan Electric Tramways.

The same were ordered to lie on the Table.
