The King's answer to the Address of the 22nd instant delivered by the Lord Chamberlain ( L. Sandhurst), and read as follows:

"I have received your Address praying that I will make an Order in Council under the Military Manœuvres Acts, 1897 and 1911, a Draft of which was presented to your Lordships' House on the 14th day of February last.
I will comply with your advice."
