My Lords, there are adequate public reasons for the course which is proposed in regard to this Bill.

Moved, That the Order made on the 29th day of April last, "That no Private Bill brought from the House of Commons shall he read a second time after Thursday, the 17th day of June next," be dispensed with in respect of this Bill; and that the Bill be now read. 2a.—(The Chairman of Committees.)
