My Lords, there being no business on the Order Paper for to-morrow, I propose to ask your Lordships to adjourn until Thursday.

a Question which did not get an answer and led to nothing in the way of a Division or an opportunity of expressing our opinions. I can only say that I regret the decision of His Majesty's Government.
