My Lords, I beg leave to introduce a Bill to provide for the closing for all purposes of the Middlesex Deeds Register, and for granting indemnities in respect of losses which may arise from the closing thereof, and for purposes connected with the matters aforesaid; and to move that the Bill be now read a first time.
