My Lords, I should like to inform the House about the arrangements later this evening for Prorogation. At the conclusion of our debate to-day on the Common Market the House will adjourn during pleasure until about 10.25 p.m., when it will resume for the purpose of hearing the Royal Assent to Bills and the Queen's Speech of Prorogation.
