My Lords, with reference to the Statement on water services which is being made in another place, may we know whether we shall have an opportunity to raise the matter on the Floor of this House when the Statement is available to us?

My Lords, when the noble Lord has seen the Statement, no doubt that matter can be discussed through the usual channels.
