My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend Lord Limerick, I beg leave to introduce a Bill to amend the law with respect to the terms to be implied in contracts of sale of goods and hire-purchase agreements and on exchange of goods for trading stamps, and with respect to the terms of conditional sale agreements; and for connected purposes. I beg to move that the Bill be now read a first time.
