166 Page 89, line 45, leave out '"small debt court" there shall be substituted the words' and insert ' "poinding the sale", "ten free" and "small debt court" there shall he substituted, respectively, the words "poinding and sale", "14" and'.

My Lords, this is a minor amendment which corrects an error in the 1975 Act and, secondly, extends the time limit before an order for poinding and sale, to recover an unpaid fine, takes effect from 10 to 14 days. I beg to move.
