My Lords, I beg to introduce a Bill to make provision with respect to the sale of intoxicating liquor in off-licenced premises; to attach conditions to the grant or renewal of certain justices' off-licences; to prohibit the employment of persons under 18 where intoxicating liquor is sold; and for connected purposes.
