My Lords, I beg to move that the Clean Air (Northern Ireland) Order 1980, a draft of which was laid before this House on 28th October, in the last Session of Parliament, be approved. This order consolidates the law relating to clean air. It is one of strict consolidation, in that it reproduces the existing law without any change of substance. I beg to move.
Moved, That the draft order laid before the House on 28th October be approved.—( Viscount Long.)
On Question, Motion agreed to.
