My Lords, can the noble Lord enlighten us as to who, or what, Christopher Japhet is?

My Lords, it is Charterhouse Japhet, who are a bank, and it is in connection with their take-over of Keyser Ullmann, which the noble and learned Lord probably also realises is a bank, that this Bill is concerned.
