asked the Leader of the House:How many Statements made in the House of Commons have been repeated in the House of Lords since the beginning of the current Session, and how many of them have been reported in the parliamentary columns of

The Times.

So far this Session 16 Statements made in another place have been repeated in the House of Lords. The proceedings in this House have been reported in the parliamentary columns of The Times on two of those occasions: 9th July (remarks of Lord Hailsham of Saint Marylebone on a Statement on child abuse cases in Cleveland) and 16th July (remarks of Lord Young of Graffham repeating a Statement on the merger of British Airways and British Caledonian).
